Basic Pass Stance

Step 1: Stand directly behind the ball in the anatomical position
Step 2: Move your non kicking foot so that it is on the side of the ball straight in the direction you want it to go

Step 1: Externally rotate the ankle of the dominant foot kicking the ball to 90 degrees
Step 2: Hyperextend the kicking leg whose primary muscles include the hamstring and the quadricepsposterior to the body

Basic Pass Movement

Step 1: Flex the kicking leg in the sagittal plane along the mediolateral axis, anterior to the body
Step 2: Make impact with the ball

Basic Pass Follow Through

Step 1: Continue flexion of the leg anterior to the body and the ball should be in rectilinear motion.
Step 2: Extend the leg posterior to the body and place the foot back on the ground

Step 1: Perform the general motion of running after the ball was passed.

Drill:  1 drill that I would use to practice passing is called four corners. The whole team would be used for this drill. The team would be split up evenly into 4 different groups with the goalie in the goal. 2 groups would be placed on either side of the goal and the other 2 groups would line up directly across from them. Group one would pass the ball to the group diagonally from them. Group two would pass the ball to the team directly across from them and then group three would pass to the group diagonally from them where they would shoot on goal.
