Basic Clear Prep

Step 1: Run on to ball in a curvilinear motion
Step 2: Place non dominant foot on side of the ball
Step 3: Hyper-extend dominant leg posterior to the body
Step 4: Dorsiflex and rotate the kicking foot 45 degrees of your ankles range of motion
Step 5: Place dominant foot under ball so that the balls angle of projection is at about 45 degrees
