Penalty Kick Prep

Step 1: Run to ball in a curvilinear motion.
Step 2: Place non dominant foot on side of ball in direction you want the ball to go
Step 3: Hyper-extend the kicking leg posterior to the body
Step 4: Plantar Flex and rotate the kicking foot to 45 degrees along your ankles axis of rotation
